Lending a Helping Hand

I received a call from a lady who told me she and her husband are planning on selling their Victorian home and needed some assistance in cleaning out a storage area underneath it. We agreed on a day and time for me to inspect the area to be cleaned. 

I arrived at the agreed time and was greeted by a kind elderly couple. They showed me the area that needed attention. I told them how much the cleanup would be and told them I would make arrangements for a dumpster to be delivered and we agreed on a date for the cleanup.

Her letter thanking us says more than I ever could.
